What We Build

Fabrication services for people who care about the box.

From one-off enclosures to small production runs, every job starts as raw aluminum stock and ends as a certified-flat, hand-finished piece of hardware.

01

Custom Case Fabrication

Fully bespoke aluminum chassis designed around your motherboard, cooling loop, and airflow requirements — no compromises to fit a mass-market shell.

02

Professional Workstations

Turnkey workstation builds for CAD, rendering, and simulation workloads, engineered for sustained thermal load and whisper-quiet operation.

03

CNC Panel Machining

Precision-milled front, side, and top panels cut on our 3-axis CNC to tolerances of ±0.001", from your CAD file or ours.

04

Anodizing & Finishing

Bead blasting, brushing, and Type II anodizing in a range of finishes — gunmetal, copper, matte black, raw silver.

05

Laser Engraving

Logo and nameplate engraving directly into the metal — permanent, precise, and never a sticker.

06

Design & Prototyping

CAD collaboration and rapid prototyping for teams developing their own chassis products or limited-run hardware.

Our Approach

Built by a machinist, not a marketer.

I started Chassis Fabrication Co. in 2012 in a rented bay off Smallman Street after getting tired of PC cases that treated the enclosure as an afterthought. Twelve years and a couple thousand feet of aluminum stock later, we're still a small shop — six people, three CNC machines, one obsession with tolerance.

Every case that leaves this building is programmed, cut, deburred, and finished under this roof. We don't outsource machining and we don't drop-ship parts with our name on them. If it says Chassis Fab, we built it.

1

Consult

We talk specs, components, and intended finish — video call or shop visit.

2

CAD Design

We model your chassis in CAD and send a rendered proof for approval.

3

Machining

Panels are cut on our CNC to spec, then deburred and test-fitted.

4

Finishing

Anodizing, bead blasting, or engraving applied per your finish selection.

5

Delivery

Final assembly, quality check, and crated shipment or local pickup.

Client Feedback

What people say after their case ships.

★★★★★

"The tolerances on the panel fit are honestly better than anything I've bought retail. Samuel walked me through three design revisions before we cut a single piece of aluminum."

Daniel Whitfield
Shadyside, PA
★★★★★

"We ordered six identical workstation chassis for our render farm. Every single one came in dead-flat and identical. That kind of consistency is rare from a small shop."

Renata Voss, Voss Studio
Lawrenceville, PA
★★★★★

"The engraved logo panel turned my build from 'nice PC' into a conversation piece. Worth every dollar and every week of the wait."
