Terms of Service

Last updated: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of linked-in.click and any custom PC case fabrication, CNC machining, finishing, or workstation build services (collectively, "Services") provided by Chassis Fabrication Co. ("Chassis Fab," "we," "us"), located at 417 Smallman Street, Suite 6, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. By using our Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, placing an order, or otherwise engaging Chassis Fabrication Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Chassis Fabrication Co. provides custom CNC-machined aluminum PC case fabrication, panel machining, anodizing and finishing, laser engraving, and complete professional workstation builds. All work is custom and made-to-order based on client specifications approved during our design and consultation process.

3. Quotes, Deposits & Payment

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Because every chassis is custom-designed and machined to order, our cancellation policy differs from off-the-shelf retail purchases:

5. Production Timeline

Standard turnaround is 2–6 weeks depending on project scope, as outlined in your quote. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by material availability, design revisions requested by the client, or shop capacity.

6. Warranty

All full custom chassis and workstation builds include a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation of client-supplied components, or normal wear of anodized finishes over time. Workstation builds include component manufacturer warranties as applicable, passed through to the client.

7. Intellectual Property & Design Use

Client-supplied logos, artwork, and CAD files remain the property of the client and are used solely for the purpose of completing the commissioned work. Chassis Fabrication Co. retains the right to photograph completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project start.

8. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Completed chassis and workstations are carefully crated and shipped via insured freight carrier, or available for local pickup at our Pittsburgh shop. Risk of loss passes to the client upon delivery to the carrier. Local pickup orders must be collected within 14 days of completion notice; storage fees may apply thereafter.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chassis Fabrication Co.'s total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss from client-supplied components installed in a workstation build.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and both parties consent to venue and jurisdiction there.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
